We had SNOW! TWICE! We actually did an all-Zoom church one Sunday instead of house churches because the roads were bad. And then the next weekend, we were at the Ziebers house on a Friday evening when it started snowing hard. Micah had his first experience driving home in snow that evening. (Abby was not happy we let him drive.) And we found that people are NOT SMART when it starts snowing. Stuff like stopping in the middle of the road and doing a 3 point turn... 😬

Micah and Maddox were going to play airsoft with some friends, but because the roads were bad in the morning, plans ended up changing. They went to a Winthrop basketball game in the afternoon instead.
Unfortunately, the Monday after the Buchers/Ziebers stayed at our house overnight, Abby tested positive for Covid. 😒 Becca Zieber ended up getting it then too, but at least the symptoms for both girls were mild! (It did mean missing another CC day though.) Exactly two weeks later, in February, Ben got it for the first time. That means that all of us finally had it. (Micah and Abby have had it twice; I think Ben, Caleb, and I have all had it once. And we're all vaccinated too.)
Abby received her "blessing" from Grandma and Grandpa (for her 10th birthday)... she was compared to a "hummingbird." :)

Getting her ears pierced at Claire's! On the first ear, the earring didn't go through the whole way, so they had to re-do it... and that caused a few "ouchie" tears. :(

Flag football... they were playing a game where they throw the ball and everyone tries to grab it, but Caleb could never get it because he was shorter than everyone else, so Nathan took pity on him and gave him a boost. :)
